New year, new name for Harrogate signage business

The businessmen and graphic designers behind Harrogate's 'Signarama' are taking the plunge and becoming owners of an independent signage company.

The businessmen and graphic designers behind Harrogate's 'Signarama' are taking the plunge and becoming owners of an independent local signage company.

Kevin Masheder and Marc Squires, who become owners of the Signarama franchise in 2016, are set to launch 'SignHub' having decided to leave the group.

Partners Kevin and Marc became owners of the franchise in 2016 when the previous owner retired and, as Graphic Designers, were thrown in at the deep end of business management.

However, after building an extensive customer base and becoming confident business owners and with almost 20 years of signage experience, they’ve made the decision to go it alone and re-brand as SignHub Harrogate.

Kevin Masheder said:

"We’re really excited to create our own brand and further explore how signage solutions can benefit local businesses."

Marc Squires added:

"Although 2020 was a challenging year for us and the majority of local businesses, we hope for a stronger 2021 under our new business name SignHub."

SignHub will continue to be based on Knaresborough Road in Harrogate for the next few months.
