Nick Hancock is joined by Sgt Paul Cording from North Yorkshire Police ahead of his week-long challenge to raise awareness for road safety. Roads Policing Sgt Paul Cording will be running or cycling to various locations in the force area to speak to colleagues, school children and bereaved families and raise awareness around road death and all doing our part. It comes as part of the Andy Cox Challenge in which officers across the country are spreading the message whilst fundraising for RoadPeace – a charity who support families affected by tragedies on the roads.

The charity work with volunteers to give vital support to elderly people in the area who are lonely and suffering with social isolation.
