In this episode of the Your Harrogate podcast, presenter Pete Egerton catches up with a few teams all set to appear in the great Knaresborough Bed Race this Saturday (10th June).
The Great Knaresborough Bed Race is a mighty pageant of decorated beds, passengers and runners, combined with a gruelling athletic contest around a course of 2.4 miles. This year's theme is "That’s Entertainment."
90 teams will compete and Pete has been speaking to the likes of Nidd valley juniors, the Knaresborough striders, mums of Goldsborough school and last year's "best dressed" winners - the rocket men.
