The International Ice Swimming Association World Championships take place this weekend in the French Alps.
Team GB are very excited to be taking part and the group includes Jacqui Hargrave from Knaresborough, also known as "Open Water Woman."
Jacqui has been speaking to presenter Pete Egerton about how she got the bug for open water swimming many years back and that then led to ice-swimming.
This extreme sport is growing in popularity, but it obviously comes with many risks that Jacqui explains.
Plus, what sweet treat from Harrogate, that has become very well loved by all involved...
