We know how tough it is to keep your spirits up in these strange times.

If you fancy a bit of company, friendly local voices and some good Harrogate banter join us for our daily ‘Your Harrogate’ podcast hosted by Nick Hancock.

Nick has lined up an array of brilliant local guests to cover everything from Netflix to exercise during lockdown three:

Steph Moon

Celebrity chef Steph Moon is always cheerful and always full of wonderful ideas for things you can have a go at making or baking at home.

Each week Steph will come up with a recipe idea which you can then try in your own kitchen!

Steph is not only a great champion of Yorkshire food but is also a big fan of the Great outdoors and she’ll often be seen out with her two dogs near her home in Boroughbridge.

Sam Schofield

He knows how hard it is to stick to healthy eating and good habits in lockdowns. However he has loads of ideas for how you achieve your long term goals.
