The popular Little Bird Artisan Market will be returning to Ripon this weekend with stallholders offering unique items to suit all ages and tastes.
Popular artisan market returns to Ripon for bank holiday weekend A popular artisan market is returning to Ripon during the Bank Holiday weekend. Little Bird Made are bringing their usual variety of stallholders to Ripon Market Place on Sunday (27th) and Monday (28th) August. The markets offer products “suitable for all ages” including pet accessories; children’s clothing, toys, crafts, skin and body care and art. There’s also homeware, cakes, bakes, chocolate treats; clothing and accessories. And the dog-friendly market also features street food vendors with lots of hot and cold food, snacks and drinks. A spokesperson for Little Bird Made said:
“There will be busking, lots of food options in local cafes, restaurants and drinks in the local bars… so why not ditch the car and enjoy a relaxing day in Ripon with a trip to the market, visit a local attraction and finish off with some food and drinks in one of the many venues within a short walk from the Market Place.”The market will run from 10am until 3pm. Little Bird will also be hosting a market in Leyburn on Saturday (26th August) from 9am until 3pm. Applications are open Little Bird winter applications are open for markets between September and December this year - and Little Bird are on the lookout for traders to sell their products. Locations range from Richmond in the North to Wakefield in the south, including six Christmas Markets in Harrogate’s Valley Gardens.
