The Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning across Harrogate and parts of North Yorkshire from 9pm until 3pm tomorrow. Forecasters expect delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport and high-sided vehicles are expected to experience issues on exposed routes and bridges. Forecasters have also said that short term loss of power and other services is possible.
