Henshaws announce date for Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge 2021

Henshaws have revealed the date for their 2021 Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge which will take place on Saturday 17th July.

Henshaws have revealed the date for their 2021 Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge which will take place on Saturday 17th July.

The specialist charity, which provides support, advice and training for people living with sight loss, are hoping to sign up as many walkers as possible to cover the 24-mile challenge which will cover the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

The challenge will include a 1,700 metre ascent across the three peaks of Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen y Ghent, with the aim of completing it in under 12 hours.

[caption id="attachment_5988" align="aligncenter" width="800"] Henshaws are offering an 'early bird' discount for walkers who sign up before end of February.[/caption] Mason and his family took part in the challenge in 2020, raising a massive £569 for Henshaws. He said:
"As a parent of three children with disabilities, one currently a student at Henshaws Specialist College and his younger brother who will hopefully be supported by Henshaws as he prepares for adulthood, this challenge and charity is particularly close to our hearts."
Henshaws early bird offer Henshaws are inviting walkers to take part in the 2021 Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge for a discounted price as part of their 'early bird' offer.
