After less than two weeks on the air, Nick’s Secret Sound has been correctly guessed and a winner has scooped our prize bundle!
Lucy Batten, a Junior Doctor at York Hospital, correctly guessed that the sound was hair straighteners being clipped together.
Lucy has won an in-car Alexa smart speaker, £100 cash and an Ultimate Hamper from Yorkshire Soap Company – plus the thanks of frustrated listeners across the Harrogate district!
Wrong guesses from listeners included clipping a stapler, closing a briefcase and putting down a kitchen knife.
