Harrogate Town have confirmed that striker Josh March will miss the remainder of the season following a knee injury.

An MRI Scan has shown that March’s knee injury sustained in Tuesday night’s win over Colchester United is a serious one and will likely rule him out for the rest of the campaign.

The striker, on loan from fellow League Two club Forest Green, has been a revelation for Town since joining in January, scoring five goals in ten games.

Manager Simon Weaver said:

“It’s really disappointing news for the club and more importantly the player.

“Josh is a really good player and great lad who had set it alight for us in front of goal. He was lively and in our shape and system, just fitted in perfectly so it’s a big loss for us.”

March has returned to parent club Forest Green to complete his rehab.
