What shows for kids are coming to Harrogate Theatre?

Four shows aimed at children are coming to Harrogate Theatre's Little Stages over the coming weeks.

What shows for kids are coming to Harrogate Theatre? A number of exciting children’s shows are coming to Harrogate Theatre in the coming weeks. It’s all part of the Theatre’s ‘Little Stages Festival’, which aims to introduce the magic of theatre to children. Shows will be complete with puppetry, storytelling, ballet, music and more. They’ll explore an unusual friendship, and how even the grumpiest giant’s heart can melt when Spring finally comes. It promises to be a captivating story with puppetry, beautiful design, enchanting music and a sprinkling of magic. A preview for the show reads:

“Grinter is a giant. She lives happily alone in her huge cold house, surrounded by her huge snowy gardens, enclosed by her high, frost-covered walls. “One day, the children – tired of playing on hard roads and grey rooftops – find a chink in the giant’s wall and climb through, changing the course of the children’s and Grinter’s lives forever.”

It’s turbocharged to reach right to the back of the theatre, so don’t forget your raincoat!”
