Renowned yoga instructor Virginia Walker is hosting a weekend retreat for women at Patrick Brompton Hall in Bedale in September.
Weekend yoga retreat for women to be held in Bedale A renowned local yoga instructor is hosting a weekend retreat for women this September. Virginia Walker's 'Restore and Recalibrate' retreat will be held at Patrick Brompton Hall in Bedale from 15th until 17th September. The weekend invites women to "give themselves the luxury gift of time and space" and escape the demands of their hectic lives. The schedule for the retreat includes morning and evening yoga sessions, mindful walks and relaxing beauty treatments. Virginia said:

Virginia Walker is a Yoga Teacher of more than 500 hours and is a specialist in pre and post-natal Yoga, trauma informed birth and is a postpartum Doula and Reiki practitioner.
She has been teaching yoga since 2016, in both private residences and studios in London. Virginia moved online during the pandemic before returning to her roots in Yorkshire.
