RHS Harlow Carr launches Egg-nigma Code Easter trail

RHS Harlow Carr's 'Egg-nigma Code' trail starts next weekend.

RHS Harlow Carr is set to launch its ‘'Egg-nigma Code' Easter trail next week.

Launching on Saturday 5th April, the trail welcomes little explorers to search for giant eggs, collect symbols with the help of a code-breaker kit, and crack the code.

Sarah Mullan, Public Programming Manager, said:

“Easter is a fantastic time to explore the beauty of RHS Harlow Carr and this year’s giant egg hunt promises plenty of adventure for the whole family.

“With a mix of outdoor exploration, hands-on activities, and interactive storytelling, there’s something for every little one to enjoy!”.

Alongside the annual giant Easter egg hunt, families can take part in forest school workshops (7th, 11th, 14th, 18th April), family story yoga (9th, 16th April), and the Garden Detective adventures around the garden (8th, 15th April).

After exploring, children can drop into a craft workshop to design and decorate their very own Easter basket to take home (10th, 17th April).

Visitors can also explore the interactive Guess How Much I Love You™ garden trail, which brings to life the adventures of Little Nutbrown Hare and is inspired by the much-loved children’s story from Walker Books.

Child Tickets are charged at £5 (members & under-fives are free) and adult entry starts from £15.85. The code-breaker pack and chocolate egg are charged at £2.50
