Police appeal after Rottweiler bite in Knaresborough

A Rottweiler (not the one pictured) bit a member of the public in Knaresborough.

North Yorkshire Police have launched an appeal following a dog bite incident in Knaresborough.

A member of the public was bitten by a Rottweiler between 7:30pm and 8:30pm on Tuesday 30th April.

A police spokesperson said:

“We are appealing for any witnesses or for the owner of the dog to make contact so we can discuss the incident.

“Please email jessica.jordan@northyorkshire.police.uk or call North Yorkshire Police on 101 and ask for Jessica Jordan. 

“Alternatively, you contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their website.”
