Appeal after graffiti appears at Knaresborough museum

Graffiti on the walls of the Courthouse Museum in Knaresborough.

Police are appealing for information about criminal damage that occurred at a museum in Knaresborough.

It happened between 5pm on Thursday 15th May and 9am on Friday 16th May at the Courthouse Museum. 

Suspects have sprayed graffiti with the words '2 Be Seen' in black paint on the museum wall.

A police spokesperson said:

“Please email Michael.smith1@northyorkshire.police.uk if you have any information that could help our investigation.

“Alternatively, you can call North Yorkshire Police on 101, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their website.”
