New photo boards have been unveiled on the hoardings at Ripon Spa Baths, titled "Looking back ‑ looking to the future."
They’ve been introduced thanks to funding from North Yorkshire Council, through a partnership between Ripon BID, Ripon Civic Society and Helen Tabor Photography.
The montage has been designed by local Ripon designers Colour It In Ltd.
A Ripon BID spokesperson said:
“We hope this will show locals and visitors alike some of the history and heritage of the Baths, bring back memories and get people excited for the next stage in the Baths history.
“Please let us know what you think and share your memories of this iconic Ripon building which is being saved by local developer Sterne Properties?”
The project is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund administered through North Yorkshire Council.
The UK Shared Prosperity Fund provides £2.6 billion of funding for local investment by March 2025.
The Fund aims to improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK investing in communities and place, supporting local business, and people and skills.
