Harrogate Food and Drink Festival to screen England match

The Harrogate Food and Drink Festival returns this weekend.

Harrogate's Food and Drink Festival will be screening England's Euro 2024 knockout match - should the Three Lions progress in the tournament.

Depending on England's final position in Group C, the Food and Drink Festival on the Stray will be showing England's next match.

If England top Group C, the match will be played at 5pm on Sunday (30th June) and screened on BBC.

And if England finish second, their round of 16 match will be played at 8pm on Saturday (29th June) and screened on ITV.

The Harrogate Food and Drink Festival

The Harrogate Food and Drink Festival is celebrating its 5th anniversary when it returns next weekend.

The event is always a hit with families and features international street food, live chef demonstrations, fine artisan markets, live music and lots of children’s entertainment.

So ahead of its return, here's everything you need to know...

When/where?

When: June 29-30, 2024

Opening Times: 10am-8pm (Saturday) 10am-7pm (Sunday)

Where: Oatlands Drive Stray, Oatlands Drive, Harrogate

There's set to be a number of fantastic tribute acts performing at this year's festival, alongside the usual array of children's activities, chef demonstrations and more.

17:30 - The Killers Tribute (The Killaz UK)

Sunday 30th June:

13:15 - Howlin Mat

17:15 - Liam Gray as Robbie Williams

About the event 

Dogs are welcome at the event but it's requested that they be kept on a lead - and all mess is cleaned up!

Bringing your own food and drink is not permitted (excluding water) but attendees may bring their own furniture (folding chairs, tables etc).

You can leave the festival and come back, along as you have a stamp/wristband proving your previous entry.

Parking/getting there

The event does not offering free parking, but Harrogate has ample public car parking in its town centre.

Visitors are advised to use the multi-stories location in the centre, whilst disabled drop-off outside the site is permitted.

Alternatively, there are plenty of bus routes that head into the town centre.

Tickets 

Tickets can be bought on the day but it is encouraged to buy tickets online.

Carers go free with a purchased child or adult ticket!

Adult ticket prices range from £9.95 to £12.95 and under 16s tickets cost £4.95, whilst children under 5 go free.
