A 10-year-old boy from Harrogate has raised just under £1,000 after donating his hair to children with cancer.
Kasper Snarska grew his hair from the age of five to donate to The Little Princess Trust - a charity that provides wigs for children who have lost their hair due to cancer.
Kasper's mum, Monica, said:
"At the age of five, while watching a program about children with cancer, he decided that one day he wants to donate his hair when it is long enough.
"Now, after not feeling well himself and spending the last couple of months in different hospitals, he realised how fortunate he really is."

The Little Princess Trust helps to give young children who have lost their hair due to cancer a free wig and help to fund other cancer research charities.
Monica added:
"Please support our cause with a small donation today! Every penny counts and brings us closer to our fundraising goal.
"Thank you for your generosity!”
