Harewood House will be closing to the public to allow for "major" filming.
The house and grounds will be fully closed on Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th June for what has been called “a major filming private hire.”
Harewood House was famously the setting for some scenes in the Downton Abbey film released in 2019 and in BBC’s Gentleman Jack.
But the name of the latest project has not been revealed.
A Harewood spokesperson said:
“Income from this event will contribute to the £3.5 million needed by our charity every year to protect and develop Harewood, to keep it open to inspire many generations to come.
“Over the years, our estate has featured in numerous productions, including feature films, period dramas, fashion shoots, and music videos.
“Keep your eyes peeled over the coming months - you never know where we might pop up next!”
Harewood House will remain open today (Monday) and will reopen as normal on Thursday (27th June).
