A local care provider's Christmas coffee morning has raised more than £1,100 for Saint Michael's Hospice.
Carefound Home Care held a complimentary Christmas coffee morning at The Ripon Inn hotel, providing a mix of festive celebrations including Christmas crafts, raffle prizes donated by local businesses, and carols from Holy Trinity School choir.
More than 50 people attended throughout the day, bringing together clients and their families, carers, and volunteers from other local charities.
Over £1,100 was raised, with all proceeds set to go to Saint Michael’s Hospice.
Danielle Ferebee, Recruitment & Community Manager at Carefound Home Care in Harrogate, said:

“Carefound Home Care would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all who attended, and a special thank you to local businesses Luce & Bear, G&T’s Ice Cream, Karma Ripon, Portly Pig, and The Healing Hub with Kelly Wise, for their generous contributions to our raffle.”
Alongside their other fundraising activities, this is an annual event organised by Carefound Home Care’s Harrogate branch.
