Harrogate venue set to host famous 'wine and cheese party'

An online wine and cheese company from Manchester is hosting a 'wine and cheese party' in Harrogate later this month.

An online wine and cheese company from Manchester is hosting a 'wine and cheese party' in Harrogate later this month. Decent Drop's 'Chat Cheese, Get Wined' event will be at Starling Independent Bar Cafe Kitchen on Sunday 27th June. The Manchester company, formed during lockdown, has largely been offering an online delivery service, but is set to visit Harrogate and Sheffield in the coming weeks. [caption id="attachment_11867" align="aligncenter" width="2560"] Decent Drop's 'Chat Cheese, Get Wined' event is coming to Harrogate[/caption] Customers would ordinary order 'drops' online, which would include six different wines paired with six unique cheeses, plus crackers and chutney. But now that they're able to host live events, Decent Drop will be holding a wine and cheese party in Starling Independent Bar Cafe Kitchen on Oxford Street. A spokesperson for the event said:

"Expect flowing wine, mountains of cheese and loads of fun and games. Decent Drop are all about bringing the fun – no pretentious wine talk or complicated lingo, just good times with great people! "Their wine and cheese parties involve you getting to try 6 spectacular wines paired with 6 unique cheeses, plus crackers, chutneys and a lot of nonsense from Carl and Ian who run the events!"
