Various Chef Roles – All LevelsWe are looking to recruit ambitious chefs for both the Terrace Kitchen, Samuel’s Kitchen and pastry kitchen to prepare food for our hotel restaurants. You would be part of a team serving the very best food to the highest of standards using ingredients from our 4 acre walled garden, the wider Swinton Estate and other locally sourced providers. We are looking for chefs with experience in a similar fine dining, brasserie, gastro pubs or high-end operation. The minimum requirements for this role include: You would be joining our existing team of highly skilled and motivated individuals working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days out of 7.
